• IP address
• Date and time of access
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referring website
• Pages visited
These data are processed to ensure the secure operation of the website (e.g. to detect and prevent misuse or attacks) and are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is not merged with other data sources and is regularly deleted, unless required for evidentiary purposes.
3. Contact
This website does not currently offer a contact form. If you contact us directly by email or phone using the details provided above, the information you provide (e.g. your email address, name, and the content of your message) will be used solely to process and respond to your inquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (if your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us) for all other inquiries.
We do not operate a newsletter or mailing list.
4. Cookies and Consent Management
This website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to provide certain functions and to improve user experience.
Cookies and services that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the website (in particular Google Analytics and embedded Vimeo videos, see Sections 5 and 6) are only loaded and activated after you have given your explicit consent via our consent banner. Until consent is given, these services remain blocked and no data is transmitted to the respective providers.
The legal basis for the use of strictly necessary cookies is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(2) No. 2 TTDSG. The legal basis for all other cookies and services is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TTDSG.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by adjusting your choice via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of this website, or by clearing your browser's cookies.
5. Analytics – Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
Google Analytics is only loaded and activated after you have given your consent via our consent banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2: before consent is given, the Google Analytics library may load, but no tracking or data collection takes place and no cookies are set for analytics purposes. Only after you actively consent is analytics tracking activated.
Once activated, Google Analytics may process the following data: IP address (processed with GA4's built-in IP handling, which does not permanently store the full IP address), device and browser information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location (derived from IP), and interaction data (e.g. time spent, clicks).
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 4.
Data transfer to the US: Google Analytics data may be transmitted to and processed by Google on servers in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which the European Commission has recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection (Article 45 GDPR). Further information: Google Ads Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms and Google's Privacy Policy.
Retention period: Event-level data is retained for 2 months, and user-level data (e.g. user and event data associated with cookies, user identifiers, and advertising identifiers) is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
Opt-out: You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by declining consent in our consent banner, or at any time going forward by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Embedded Content – Vimeo
This website embeds videos hosted on Vimeo, a service provided by Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 W 34th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA.
Embedded Vimeo videos are only loaded after you have given your consent via our consent banner. Until you consent, no connection to Vimeo's servers is established and no data is transmitted.
Once you consent and a video is loaded, Vimeo may process your IP address, browser and device information, and information about your interaction with the video (e.g. play, pause). This data is processed by Vimeo in accordance with its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.
The legal basis for loading Vimeo content is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TTDSG.
Data transfer to the US: Loading Vimeo content may involve the transfer of personal data to the United States. Further information on Vimeo's data processing and applicable safeguards can be found in Vimeo's Privacy Policy.
